Pretty sure that screepcap is from waaaaay back in the day, before TexMod saw use...

Yeah simple, dont use Texmod. its a 3rd party tool and can be used to get Cartographer title easy which is a unfair advantage which IS againts the eula.

just do some searches on wiki for texmod. u'll find the program and the packages for mapping. there is one with transparent smoke and black outlines of areas that i believe are better than just the enhanced smoke

Yes, it is such a huge violation of the eula that Anet allows information about Texmod and links to the cartography packages to remain on the official wiki. Soon they will undoubtedly publish a guide on how to write a bot, too. </sarcasm>

Cry more, please. There is information on the Official Wiki and Gaile has said that Texmod isn't against the EULA but that they will not provide technical support for people who use it and bone up their Guild Wars.

That image was part of a fan created map, and has been on a handful of sites, but is not currently a texmod package. Would probably be a good idea for someone to make, though.
